These general conditions of sale are concluded between FHABERHY and any person wishing to make a purchase via this website, hereinafter, the buyer. By validating his order, the Customer declares to accept without reserve the terms of this one as well as the entirety of these general conditions of sale and declares to have the capacity to conclude a contract with FHABERHY.

These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between FHABERHY and the buyer as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through this merchant site. - DELIVERY

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), then allow 2 to 10 working days for delivery via Colissimo with tracking (without signature or against signature). Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form within the framework of the geographical limit specified above.
